I believe that recolour is by Salix and should be found on this [ http://sets.salixsims.com/ ] site. I'm not sure which set it's from though, sorry!

I wish they were! I'm actually that Salix, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't me. (Although I have made so many things it is possible, but unlikely.)
